Process
1. User Research
Personas and user journeys were created based on user research. Participants from diverse backgrounds were interviewed to determine user problems that the Merch app could solve. Participants were pre-screened to make sure they were frequent concert attendees. They ranged in age from 28-44.
2. Wireframing
3. Lo-Fi Prototype
4. Usability Study
An unmoderated usability study was conducted with 5 users (3 male, 2 female) sourced from peer groups and social media. Users were asked to follow the purchase flow on the low-fidelity prototype.
